Michael Bay updated his blog with some info on Transformers 3

"Busy scouting - Chicago, Detroit, and Washington D.C. for Transformers last week. Things are going well. The script is feeling very different from the other two."

Personally I hope that "The script feeling very different from the other two" means more robot character development, no juvenile toilet humour, less gaping wide plot holes and generally a tighter affair all round. We can only hope! That said, this is Michael Bay we're talking about here so expect gratuitous shots of Megan Fox, huge explosions, dog humping and ball jokes....just less of them.
